Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in high-volume restaurant cooking
  • knowledge of how to cook steak to various temperatures
  • ability to season, sear, and grill meat
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to understand kitchen equipment and prep sheets
  • strong teamwork skills
