We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Broil Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Broil Cook at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a crucial role in preparing our signature steaks and other menu items with precision and care. This role demands high-volume restaurant experience and an understanding of cooking steak temperatures to ensure each dish meets our exacting standards. You will be responsible for seasoning, searing, grilling meat, and following safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in high-volume restaurant cooking
  • knowledge of how to cook steak to various temperatures
  • ability to season, sear, and grill meat
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to understand kitchen equipment and prep sheets
  • strong teamwork skills
