  • ability to understand and apply steak cooking temperatures
  • knowledge of meat seasoning and grilling
  • commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook steaks and meats to specified temperatures

  • manage high-volume kitchen demands
