Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a high volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to understand and cook steaks to correct temperatures
  • Strong attention to detail for seasoning and cooking meats
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in high-volume cooking or broiling
  • Knowledge of steak preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Work in a high volume restaurant environment
  • Understand and apply correct steak cooking temperatures
  • Season, sear, and cook meats to menu specifications
  • Use proper safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Understand and operate kitchen equipment and prep sheets
  • Exhibit teamwork and communication with kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the broiling station
