Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts
- Lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Frequent use of hands and fingers with ability to feel and reach
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision
- Quick and unencumbered logic and thinking process
Job Qualifications
- One plus year experience in a similar role
- Certificate in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for multi-tasking
Job Duties
- Prepare and plate high-quality meals according to chef's specifications
- Work at specific kitchen stations such as grill, sauté, or fryer
- Assemble ingredients and prep food items
- Plate dishes efficiently with attention to presentation
- Monitor and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously and coordinate timely delivery
