Eligible employees are also offered health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement, making this an attractive and secure employment option in hospitality.

This role is well-suited for individuals with at least one year of experience in prep or line cook positions, capable of prioritizing food orders with speed and precision, and able to follow detailed procedures and directions effectively. Physical endurance is essential as the job involves manual dexterity, carrying heavy pans up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and working in variable temperature settings. Importantly, there is no high school diploma or GED required, opening doors for passionate cooks looking to develop their culinary careers further.

Delaware North emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity employment, welcoming applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or other legally protected statuses.
