Job Requirements

  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends required
  • ability to stand and walk for up to eight hour shifts
  • ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods
  • regular use of hands and fingers
  • ability to stoop, kneel and crouch
  • specific vision abilities including close and distance vision
  • logic and thinking process must be quick and unencumbered

Job Qualifications

  • one plus years experience in a similar role
  • certificate in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • team player with good communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • aptitude for multitasking

Job Duties

  • prepare and plate high-quality meals according to chef's specifications
  • work at specific kitchen stations such as grill, saute, or fryer
  • assemble ingredients and prep food for service
  • monitor and stock kitchen station with necessary supplies
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
  • manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes
