The Mad Greek is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join its dynamic kitchen team. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 35 or more hours per week. In this role, the line cook will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
