The position of Line Cook at Noodle Express is pivotal to the daily success of the kitchen and overall dining experience. As a Line Cook, you will be an essential member of a fast-paced, dynamic team responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with established recipes and standards. This role requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, especially during busy service periods. Your responsibilities will include food preparation such as cleaning and cutting ingredients, preparing sauces, setting up kitchen stations, maintaining cleanliness, and cooking meals to order. Coordination with front-of-house staff is crucial to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes to guests.

Noodle Express offers flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time opportunities with day and night shifts and weekend availability as needed. The base wage ranges from $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, with recent averages showing an additional $6 to $8 per hour through a generous tip pool.   • Working with front of house staff to ensure orders fulfill guests' requests
  • Cooking food in your station in a timely and effective manner
  • Plating dishes based on guidance from a senior team member
