Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls within 3 rings with a welcoming tone
- Take guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Resolve guest issues effectively and amicably
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to recipe specifications
- Showcase knowledge of our brand and menu items to enhance customer experience
- Encourage additional menu selections through suggestive selling
- Ensure food quality is fresh and safe for serving
- Greet guests upon entry and exit, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
