Armitage Alehouse, a proud member of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is seeking dedicated and experienced Full Time Line Cooks to join their vibrant kitchen team. As a Full Time Line Cook at Armitage Alehouse, you will play an essential role in maintaining and elevating the restaurant's high standards. This position requires a candidate with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen, someone who thrives under pressure and consistently delivers high quality and timely food preparations. Beyond the tangible aspects of cooking and station management, Armitage Alehouse seeks team members who are enthusiastic about creating memorable dining experiences for guests through superior service and attention to detail. At Armitage Alehouse, line cooks are entrusted with setting up and stocking their stations, cooking and preparing menu items according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index, maintaining communication during service, and upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene standards. They work closely with sous chefs, executive chefs, and other kitchen leadership, taking direction and feedback with professionalism and respect.

Job Requirements
- 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
- Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift including frequent bending lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
- Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index ensuring food quality and time standards are always met
- Maintain a high level of communication understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service
- Answer report to and follow instructions and direction from Sous Chef Executive Chef or other leadership
- Properly clean and break down station at the end of service ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers leadership vendors and guests
