Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency and precision, following established recipes and presentation guidelines
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor inventory levels and assist with food preparation, storage, and rotation to minimize waste
- work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fine dining environment while upholding quality and presentation standards
- assist with receiving and inspecting ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and adherence to HACCP guidelines
- collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to contribute to menu innovation and continuous improvement
