About the Property and Role:

The Cleveland Marriott East, located in Beachwood, Ohio, stands as one of the premier hotels in the area. It offers convenient access to major attractions, including University Hospital’s Ahuja Medical Center, the Tri-C East campus, MGM Casino, ThistleDown Racino, and cultural landmarks like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, as well as notable shopping and dining venues such as Pinecrest. The hotel boasts 298 guest rooms, 13,000 square feet of event space, an M Club lounge, a restaurant, and a bar. The role available is for a motivated and passionate Cook to join the Culinary team. Ideal candidates will have previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment and demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning and skill development. Working closely with culinary leadership, this role entails assisting in food production and preparation for various dining services including banquet events, cafeteria service, and fine dining.
