The position under hire is a hybrid Prep Cook / Line Cook role designed for culinary professionals passionate about food and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prep Cook duties primarily involve preparing fresh pasta and doughs for Bacetti's signature pizzas and focaccia, an essential part of the restaurant's authentic offerings. Additional daytime responsibilities include breaking down vegetables, creating sauces from scratch, preparing proteins and desserts, inspecting and receiving ingredient orders, and organizing and stocking kitchen stations in preparation for service. Candidates with pastry experience will find the dessert preparation aspect particularly rewarding.

Evening line cook responsibilities focus on the execution of dinner service with a high degree of consistency, urgency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. This role requires close collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff to uphold Bacetti's culinary standards during busy dining periods. Line cooks are expected to operate efficiently within the team, ensuring dishes are prepared to the restaurant's specifications and delivered promptly to customers.

Successful candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in restaurant settings.
