Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to adapt to new menu items and techniques

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience required
Experience with scratch cooking food preparation preferred
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Job Duties

Prepare brunch, lunch and/or dinners
Understand a la minute cooking
Able to work in conjunction with an Executive Chef
Review menus prior to preparation of food
Assure that all food procedures are followed
Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
Follow all sanitation guidelines
Ability to quickly become familiar with new menu items/dishes
