The role available is for an Experienced Cook who will play a crucial part in the club's culinary team. This full-time position requires an energetic and professional individual dedicated to offering the highest quality of food preparation and presentation across various dining outlets within the club. The cook's responsibilities include preparing and executing menu items to fine dining standards with precision and consistency, closely adhering to recipes, plating guidelines, and chef instructions. The role demands proficiency in handling high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining impeccable quality. Responsibilities also encompass assisting with daily preparation, station setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards. The candidate will work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to foster a positive and professional kitchen culture.
