Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Ability to work near heat, cold, and wet surfaces
- Extended periods of standing and working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Safe use of knives, cooking tools, and kitchen equipment required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and support team members
- Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-volume service periods
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for great food
Job Duties
- Lead by example in preparing and cooking all menu items to company standards
- Execute daily prep and ensure all stations are fully stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning across all dishes
- Monitor service flow, ensuring accuracy and timely ticket execution
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to line and prep cooks
- Foster teamwork, communication, and efficiency across all kitchen stations
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and allergen control procedures
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and tracking product usage
- Support receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries to ensure freshness and quality
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and properly maintained
- Take pride in creating food that enhances the guest experience and builds lasting impressions
