  • previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required

  • execute basic cooking techniques including sauté, grill, pantry, and prep
  • maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
  • work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
  • assist with prep, inventory organization, and station setup
  • support a positive and professional kitchen environment
