Job Requirements

- Physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
- Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and mornings
- Willingness to relocate to Millbury, MA before starting work preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Prepare and coordinate quality food dishes with fresh ingredients following recipes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all areas
- Work efficiently to deliver dishes in a timely manner during shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
- Embrace and promote the Yard House vibe by maintaining energy and a positive attitude
- Participate in team activities and support fellow employees to create a family-like environment
- Handle kitchen equipment properly and report any maintenance issues
