The Line Cook position is a crucial role within the Food and Beverage Team. As a Line Cook, you will act as a CRCR Ambassador, upholding the company's values and committing to actions that serve the best interests of the business. This position involves planning, preparing, and cooking a variety of food items while maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include assisting in keeping the kitchen organized and running efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures are strictly followed. You will work closely with other team members to manage multiple orders simultaneously, while also taking leadership in expediting and training tasks.

This role demands a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate large-volume cooking equipment efficiently. You will be expected to prepare menu items, daily specials, and promotions while ensuring proper portion control and presentation. Additionally, the Line Cook will help maintain inventory levels, monitor food temperatures, and support management in administrative duties such as menu planning and ordering supplies. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen or fast casual setting
  • must be able to obtain a Food Handler Certificate
  • knowledge of food preparation principles, practices, and standards
  • knowledge of standard cooking, baking, and grilling techniques
  • knowledge of nutritional values of various ingredients

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Preparation of all food items
  • clean kitchen equipment and other areas as directed by management
  • manage multiple orders
  • ensure food is quality and standards are met
  • cook and plate dishes while at times operating large-volume cooking equipment
  • peel/cut fruits and vegetables, protein fabrication, sauce making
  • ensure all final plate presentations are executed properly
