The role of Line Cook at Naked Farmer is essential to the culinary team. The Line Cook works closely with chefs to prepare and serve delicious meals that meet the company’s high standards for quality and taste. This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay starting between $21 and $22, with training pay at $20 per hour. The job requires mastering various cooking stations and becoming proficient with the recipes and processes that make Naked Farmer’s food unique. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and cooking a wide variety of dishes, ensuring each plate reflects the best use of seasonal ingredients. Beyond cooking skills, the role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using recipes as a guide and tastebuds as validation
