Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years experience as a line cook in a high-end restaurant
  • previous hotel or resort cooking experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • three years of high-end restaurant line cook experience preferred
  • related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • able to work a single station in the kitchen
  • desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • ensure all food is stored and handled properly to meet safety standards
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
  • adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations
  • monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • assist in receiving and stocking deliveries
