Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years experience as a line cook in a high-end restaurant
- previous hotel or resort cooking experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
