Job Requirements

  • Must obtain ServeSafe certification
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage
  • Basic knife and food preparation skills

Job Duties

  • Work directly with culinary team using state of the art equipment to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat
  • Responsible for prepping labeling and stocking ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Prepare sauces or accompaniments prior to meal service
  • Interact with guests demonstrating passion for foodservice and hospitality
  • Assist in training new culinary hires
  • Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef including prep grab and go items cleaning and sanitization items and paper goods
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
