Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knife and food preparation skills
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
  • Must obtain serve safe certification

Job Duties

  • Work directly with culinary team using state of the art equipment to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables cutting meat and other meal prep
  • Responsible for prepping labeling and stocking ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
  • Interacting with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication towards hospitality
  • Assists in training new culinary hires
  • Communicates inventory and kitchen needs to Chef including prep grab and go items cleaning and sanitization items and paper goods
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment following daily and weekly cleaning assignments
