Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must obtain ServeSafe certification
  • Basic knife and food preparation skills
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Work directly with culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep fresh ingredients
  • Prep, label, and stock ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service
  • Interact with guests showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
  • Assist in training new culinary hires
  • Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness of work environment
  • Rotate stock items and store produce at appropriate temperatures
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments and waste management
