- One year experience working in food service environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Verbal and written communication is essential
- Basic mathematical skills
- Food handlers permit as required by law
- Brand certification as required
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time

Job Duties
- Follow the recipes, check the portion of the recipes, the garnishes and present the dishes ordered
- Have the correct and adequate set up in the kitchen workstation at each shift, including making orders, storing fresh, dry, frozen goods, condiments and supplies
- Handle, store and rotate the stored products properly
- Set up, regularly maintain, clean and ensure proper functioning of assigned equipment and machines
- Supply stocks, cut and store perishable goods daily to maintain product quality
- Put all utensils used during the shift in its place, clean and tidy the work place as well as storage areas including refrigerators and freezers, empty, clean and store bins
- Practice general and specific cleanings using appropriate products as indicated by the manager to meet hygiene standards
- Take instructions from the manager when taking office and take stock with the manager before leaving to ensure all is in order
