  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and portion dishes accurately
  • Set up kitchen/work station adequately for each shift
  • Handle, store, and rotate food products properly
  • Maintain and clean assigned equipment and machines
  • Prepare and store perishable goods daily
  • Clean and organize utensils, work area, and storage locations
  • Comply with hygiene standards and manager instructions during shifts
