- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and portion dishes accurately
- Set up kitchen/work station adequately for each shift
- Handle, store, and rotate food products properly
- Maintain and clean assigned equipment and machines
- Prepare and store perishable goods daily
- Clean and organize utensils, work area, and storage locations
- Comply with hygiene standards and manager instructions during shifts
