  • ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes accurately
  • check portion sizes and garnishes
  • present dishes according to brand standards
  • set up kitchen and work station for each shift
  • order, store, and handle fresh, dry, and frozen goods
  • rotate stored products properly
  • maintain and clean kitchen equipment and machines
  • prepare and store perishable goods daily
  • clean and tidy work and storage areas
  • practice hygiene standards
  • take instructions from the manager
  • assist with stock management at shift changes
