Brick Oven is currently seeking a line cook to join their team. This role requires an individual who can manage a fast-paced environment and handle high volume during peak periods. The line cook will be responsible for preparing entrees accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and assisting with prep and cleanup duties depending on assigned shifts. This role is critical to Brick Oven's operations as it ensures that guests receive prompt and high-quality meals consistently. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and have a passion for working in a dynamic kitchen setting. While experience is valued, the key is the ability to contribute positively to the team and maintain standards under pressure.
