The Line Cook role at Red Robin is crucial to our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing food the Red Robin way. This involves a variety of culinary skills, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a wide range of dishes such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. The position requires adherence to strict food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure the satisfaction and safety of our guests. In addition to providing excellent food preparation, Line Cooks help maintain a smooth kitchen flow and contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering meals that meet Red Robin's high standards. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.03 to $18.11 per hour, along with a free meal during each shift, making it attractive for individuals who are passionate about cooking and looking for flexible work schedules.
