The company's mission is clear and revolves around delivering fresh, fun, and memorable experiences while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Red Robin is an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and inclusiveness in its hiring practices, making it a workplace for everyone.

The Line Cook position at Red Robin is a vital role responsible for preparing food "the Red Robin way." This includes various cooking techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and overall meal preparation involving meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. The role comes with a flexible work schedule to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. Employees also benefit from a 50% discount on Red Robin food and a 25% discount for their family members, enhancing their dining experience both on and off the clock. Referral bonuses incentivize team members to bring in talented new employees, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace. Beyond the standard benefits, Red Robin offers an employee stock purchase program after one year of service, available to those working 20 or more hours per week, promoting long-term investment in the company’s success. Health insurance options are robust, including health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for employees aged 18 and over. Retirement benefits through a 401k plan with company matching up to 4% of pay are available for employees aged 21 and over, who have worked at least one year and 1,000 hours annually. Paid time off accrual begins after one year of service for those working at least 35 hours per week, supporting work-life balance and employee wellness.

Joining Red Robin as a Line Cook means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to making fresh, fun, and memorable meals while advancing your career within a supportive environment. The company prides itself on promoting from within, offering excellent opportunities to grow and develop.
