The Line Cook role at Red Robin is an integral part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing food the Red Robin way. As a Line Cook, you will be involved in prepping, cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of menu items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads. Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness
- Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and safe handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
