The Old Spaghetti Factory is currently seeking a Line Cook to join their dynamic kitchen team. This role is crucial as the Line Cook supports the smooth execution of the restaurant's signature dishes with precision and care. Job Duties
- work closely with the kitchen team including chefs and other line cooks to coordinate orders communicate special requests and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
- follow specific cooking methods timing temperatures and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards including proper handling storage and labeling
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
