Job Description

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a well-known full-service restaurant chain that has established a reputation for its unique, laid-back atmosphere and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. Unlike your typical burger restaurant, Red Robin is driven by values that include connection, fun, and generosity. Located in various high-traffic locations, Red Robin offers a diverse menu focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and inventive culinary creations that appeal to a wide range of guests. The company deeply values a sense of belonging and inclusivity, welcoming individuals of diverse backgrounds and perspectives to join their vibrant community. They take pride in fostering a culture where both similarities and differences are embraced, ensuring Red Robin is a welcoming environment for everyone.

Red Robin is currently looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join their team as Line Cooks. This role is vital to maintaining the high quality and freshness of the food served to guests. As a line cook at Red Robin, you will be actively engaged in preparing various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads with culinary techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking to perfection. It's not just about cooking but also about creating meals that keep the guests worry-free by strictly following food handling safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness at all times. The role offers competitive pay, ranging from $16.01 to $19.31 per hour, along with a free meal for every shift worked. This position is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and want to grow their career in the hospitality industry.

Team members at Red Robin enjoy flexible work schedules, making it easier to balance work with other life commitments. Employees receive a 50% discount on food while at work, and their family members can enjoy a 25% discount, making dining at Red Robin even more rewarding. In addition, the restaurant offers referral bonuses to encourage team members to bring talented individuals to join the staff, further fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. Red Robin also prioritizes career growth, providing ample opportunities for advancement within the company, which has seen many managers start as hourly team members. Beyond financial compensation, Red Robin supports its employees with an extensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision care, accident coverage, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans, and a 401k retirement plan with company match options. Paid time off accrues with service and hours worked, enhancing work-life balance and employee well-being. Red Robin accepts applications on an ongoing basis, reflecting their continual commitment to recruiting enthusiastic team players dedicated to making memorable dining experiences. Join Red Robin to be part of a team that makes it fresh, fun, memorable, and always leaves guests with a smile!
