As a private club, it emphasizes teamwork, quality standards, and member satisfaction, ensuring that every culinary creation meets impeccable standards. The establishment prides itself on its dedication to maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment and follows stringent food safety and sanitation policies, aligned with the latest industry best practices including the FIFO (first in, first out) standard for food storage and handling. The club fosters a positive work culture that values professionalism, the culinary vision set forth by its Executive Chef, and collaboration across departments.
The Cook position, reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, is essential to the culinary team, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down all food preparation activities across all dining outlets and special event settings within the club. This role is perfect for culinary professionals who are passionate about a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Thai, and who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
