- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safe food handling and cleanliness procedures
- Physical ability to lift and carry kitchen equipment and supplies
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
