Job Duties

  • Prepare food using various techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere strictly to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • Ensure kitchen workstations are clean and organized
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain food quality
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver timely meal service
  • Manage stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations
