Job Duties
- Prepare food items using a variety of cooking techniques including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and assembling meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Ensure all food handling and cleanliness standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to ensure kitchen readiness
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to deliver timely and high-quality dish preparation
- Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes prepared according to Red Robin's recipes and presentation standards
- Support team members by performing duties as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
