Touchmark is currently seeking experienced, passionate Line Cooks to join its distinguished culinary team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a professional kitchen that values creativity, precision, and quality while supporting work-life balance. Unlike many traditional restaurant roles that require late nights or high-stress environments, this position ensures no late-night shifts and fosters a low-stress, hospitality-focused atmosphere. The Line Cook will have the chance to work with premium ingredients and contribute to preparing high-quality, beautifully presented meals that exceed standard senior living fare. Additionally, the position includes competitive wages ranging from $22.27 to $24.80 per hour depending on experience, as well as a $1000 sign-on bonus paid in increments. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong attendance and reliability history
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- positive professional attitude when interacting with residents families guests and team members
- passion for creating beautifully prepared meals and memorable dining experiences
