Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or kitchen environments
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent knife and slicing skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
  • culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
  • knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus
  • familiarity with food safety standards in production environments and food industry regulations
  • demonstrated knife skills, slicing techniques, and proficiency in meal preparation
  • experience in catering or serving roles that require attention to detail and customer service skills
  • kitchen experience involving safety standards in food handling and food safety management
