Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Active Food handler's certification or ability to get it
- Willingness to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté and fry)
- Use knives and various kitchen equipment efficiently
- Reach and recreate recipes accurately
- Maintain consistency in all food preparation
- Minimize food waste through cross utilization
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to create menus
- Create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat)
- Keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- Ensure proper storage of all food and items
- Maintain quality standards of ingredients
