Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day

- act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
- estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation
- fill out prep list daily
