Established with a vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, Hilton has welcomed over 3 billion guests across its world-class brands and numerous properties worldwide. The company prides itself on maintaining an award-winning workplace culture, having been repeatedly recognized by prestigious organizations such as Great Place to Work and Fortune as one of the World's Best Workplaces. Hilton's dedication to its team members goes beyond just employment; it fosters growth, opportunity, and well-being, ensuring employees thrive personally and professionally.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of a global family passionate about hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a proactive approach to making every moment count. These core values serve as the foundation for success within the company and shape the qualities Hilton seeks in every team member.

The Line Cook role at Hilton is pivotal in delivering the high-quality dining experience guests expect from its establishments. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible not only for preparing delicious hot and cold dishes following established recipes and quality standards but also for contributing to the overall atmosphere of warmth and service excellence. This position may involve executing advanced cooking techniques such as sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating, which may sometimes require working independently on a station. A key part of the role includes managing multiple guest orders efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive dining experience.

Beyond the kitchen skills, Line Cooks at Hilton play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their workstations, adhering strictly to food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols. They also assist with training peers and may take on minor supervisory responsibilities, helping to ensure a smoothly operating kitchen environment. Compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol awareness regulations is essential in maintaining the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Hilton's commitment to its employees is reflected in a comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time team members. These perks include generous paid time off to help employees recharge, a variety of health plans covering medical, dental, and vision needs, and a 401(k) plan with company matching to support long-term financial security. Additional benefits such as the Go Hilton Travel Program provide employees with the opportunity to enjoy discounted stays at Hilton hotels worldwide, while free life insurance, paid maternity/parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan further enhance the support offered. Hilton also provides resources like the Crisis Concierge for emotional care during difficult times, free meals and parking to ease daily routines, and Perks at Work to offer discounts on thousands of merchandise items.

In essence, working as a Line Cook at Hilton means being part of a storied tradition of hospitality excellence. It offers the chance to develop culinary skills, contribute to unforgettable guest experiences, and grow within a company that values your well-being and career progression.
