The company seeks to hire dependable and experienced Line Cooks to join their kitchen team. This is a part-time position, offering 4 to 6 hour shifts with flexible AM and PM times available. The AM shift, from 10 AM to 2 or 3 PM, is especially prioritized, while the PM shift runs from 2 or 3 PM to 8:30 PM or close. Starting pay for qualified candidates begins at $18 per hour, with opportunities for pooled tips, merit-based raises, and annual increases. Additionally, employees receive a free meal every shift, complimentary branded swag, and consistent scheduling during the restaurant’s operating hours from 11 AM to 7 PM.

The Line Cook role is hands-on and fast-paced, focusing primarily on preparing high-quality hot sandwiches using equipment such as flat-top grills, deep fryers, ovens, and commercial deli slicers. Attention to cleanliness and organization is emphasized to ensure an efficient and sanitary kitchen environment.
