Line Cooks are integral to the kitchen's efficiency, working closely with other culinary professionals—such as Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers—to maintain the high-quality standards expected by guests and the management team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Fundamental knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
