The team is deeply committed to providing personalized care and attentive service, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism, which in turn greatly enhances the overall quality of life for residents and guests alike.

The role of the Line Cook at Grand Living is a critical component of the commitment to excellence in resident experience. Working under the general guidance of the Executive Chef, the Line Cook is entrusted with the preparation and quality control of a wide array of food items including meats, vegetables, potatoes, breads, and desserts. This position requires a focus on maintaining high standards of food production while also ensuring efficiency and consistency in a fast-paced, cook-to-order kitchen setting. The Line Cook exemplifies The Sterling Touch®, a hallmark of Grand Living’s professional and courteous service philosophy, by fostering an inviting dining experience marked by friendliness, helpfulness, and timely execution. This role is vital not only to the satisfaction of residents and their guests but also to supporting the culinary team's collaborative efforts aimed at continuous refinement and excellence. By joining the team, candidates become part of an upscale environment that values quality, creativity, and teamwork, making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors through exemplary cuisine and service. The position is classified as full-time and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Grand Living also provides a supportive work environment where employees enjoy free eligible meals, access to spa and fitness facilities during designated times, and numerous health and wellness benefits. The community embraces inclusion and diversity, proudly operating as an equal opportunity employer that celebrates individual differences. As a Line Cook here, one not only hones culinary skills but also contributes to an extraordinary mission that enhances the day-to-day lives of its residents, making it a fulfilling and rewarding career choice within the realm of senior hospitality.
