Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift up to 8 hours
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Dependable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen experience of 1+ year is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to think quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Learn and consistently execute kitchen recipes and food preparation standards
  • Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
  • Maintain a smooth flow of food orders from the kitchen to our guests
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management regarding ticket times and kitchen operations
  • Complete assigned prep work and maintain stocked, organized workstations
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
  • Support and assist fellow team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and restaurant environment at all times
