Stars and Strikes is currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join their fast-paced kitchen team in Augusta, GA. This position offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to work in a lively restaurant environment open late into the night, particularly until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays. The Line Cook plays a crucial role in preparing high-quality menu items, following recipe guidelines meticulously to ensure each dish meets the center’s established standards. Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- able to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items following recipes guidelines
- ensure that the kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
- monitor product freshness and rotate product based on a schedule created by the Kitchen Manager
- work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation
- maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
