Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- ability to follow detailed food preparation processes and recipes
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- willingness to work full or part-time hours
- availability to work scheduled shifts without late night hours

Job Duties
- follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
- requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- set up, maintain, clean, and break down any machinery and equipment
- maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality
- complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- take responsibility for quality of products served
- perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
- other duties as assigned
