Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 2 years production kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year food preparation experience
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Basic cooking skills
- Creative food presentation skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work varied shifts and in a team environment

Job Duties
- Review daily menu and work assignments with entree cook at beginning of shift
- Prepare soups, salads, starches, vegetables, purees and desserts per production sheets
- Set up and maintain all assigned food serving stations
- Organize work load to ensure food is ready as scheduled
- Store all foods properly, covered, labeled and dated
- Monitor and report any safety, sanitation, or food handling concerns to supervisor immediately
- Clean and sanitize all work areas and equipment throughout shift
- Follow and complete all duties on daily sanitation and cleaning schedules as assigned or required
- Comply with established uniform standards and practice good personal hygiene
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
