Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu components according to company recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain organized workstations before, during, and after service
- Cook and plate menu items while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
- Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment throughout each shift
- Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and kitchen cleaning duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to support efficient service
- Perform additional prep and line duties as assigned
